• Your friends may receive SMS or email messages from Full.Boats regarding your invitation.
• Full.Boats does not guarantee that any specific trip will take place, as scheduling depends on boat owners and weather conditions.
• You are responsible for coordinating trip details directly with boat owners and other participants.

Boat Owner Responsibilities

If you list or host sailing trips as a boat owner, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your boat, schedule, and availability.
• Ensure your vessel is properly licensed, insured, and seaworthy.
• Comply with all applicable maritime laws and safety regulations.
• Inform participants of any risks associated with the trip.
• Cancel or reschedule trips with reasonable notice to invited guests.

Sailing involves inherent risks. Full.Boats is a matchmaking platform and does not organize, sponsor, or control individual trips. By participating in sailing trips arranged through our platform, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with sailing and water sports.

Full.Boats does not guarantee the safety, accuracy, or availability of any trip, boat, or participant. We are not liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or disputes arising from trips arranged through our platform.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on Full.Boats are the property of Full.Boats or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

Termination
